Optimising the Body’s Orchestra
Imagine your body as a grand symphony orchestra, where each instrument represents a different aspect of your being—your physical health, emotions, thoughts, and spiritual energy.
The strings might symbolise your nervous system, the woodwinds your respiratory system, the brass your digestive system, and the percussion your circulatory system. Each musician (cells, organs, etc.) must play in perfect harmony for the orchestra to produce beautiful music, just as your body needs all its systems to work together for optimal health.
Now, picture what happens when one musician plays out of tune or too loudly, or if an instrument is damaged. The entire performance becomes discordant, and the music feels off. Similarly, in your body, an imbalance in one area—say, chronic stress (like a trumpet blaring off-key)—can disrupt other systems, such as your digestion (the brass section), leading to issues like indigestion or fatigue.
Kinesiology using the bodies innate wisdom is like a skilled conductor who listens carefully to the orchestra. Using muscle testing as a tuning fork, the conductor identifies which instruments (or energy systems) are out of tune. These systems include your brain, spine, nervous system, organs, meridians, chakras, and even your aura. Once the imbalances are found, the conductor applies the right remedies—think of them as specialised tools like acupressure, crystals, essential oils, or affirmations—to "tune" those instruments back into harmony.
For example:
- If the strings (nervous system) are too tense, the conductor might use acupressure to release that tension, like loosening a violin string that’s too tight.
- If the brass (digestive system) is sluggish, they might recommend essential oils or dietary changes, like adjusting a trombone’s mute for better sound. (Note kinesiologists can check to see if the body states that a food is beneficial, harmful or neutral to the body, but do not offer comprehensive dietary advice).
- If the percussion (circulatory system) is weak, they might use sound healing or colour therapy to energise it, like giving a drum a fresh set of sticks.
By addressing each imbalance, the conductor helps the orchestra (your body) return to a state of harmony, where all systems work together seamlessly. This makes it much more likely that you will feel balanced, healthy, and vibrant, much like a perfectly tuned symphony that uplifts and inspires.
Kinesiology blends Eastern wisdom, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, with Western techniques of muscle monitoring, muscle testing as a biofeedback mechanism. It is non-invasive, and the client-centered approach and focus on self-healing provide significant benefits, particularly for emotional and spiritual well-being.
Optimised Kinesiology offers a holistic, heart-centered approach to healing, addressing the root causes of imbalances through muscle testing and a variety of remedies. It empowers the client while working together with their practitioner, to take charge of their health, with applications ranging from emotional trauma release to physical pain management.
We tune instruments, we recognise the need for this in order to keep them from becoming discordant. Just like a beautiful instrument needs this care and attention, and it is so easy to hear when a wrong note is played in a symphony, our bodies also remarkably benefit when we clear blockages and finely tune ourselves to be more in harmony with life.
